Value Honor is a general term for a triplet or quad of dragons, seat wind or prevalent wind tiles. It is a common hand pattern/fan in many variations of mahjong. A general term for these in Japanese this is call this yakuhai (役牌) or fanpai (翻牌). A valued pair is prohibited in a pinfu hand.
Prevalent Wind
Also known as round wind is referring to a pung (or kong) of the wind of the round. Likewise, seat wind is referring to a pung (or kong) of the player's seat wind. If the player's seat wind coincides with the prevalent wind it is considered a "double wind." In Japanese a general term for valued wind pung is kazehai (風牌). A particular set may be referred to by the name of the wind (i.e south or nan).

Dragon Pung
Is a pung (or kong) of dragon tiles. In Japanese this is called sangenpai (三元牌). A particular set may be referred to by the name of the color (i.e. red) or the character (i.e. chun).
