Round Wind (Prevalent Wind, 令风坎) is a pattern that includes a pung/kong of the Round Wind.
In this example, the player would have a Round Wind pattern if the Round Wind is East. The blue tiles represent three pungs/chows and a pair.
If both the Round Wind and the player's Seat Wind were East, the player would score for both Round Wind and Seat Wind.
Note: In addition to being worth Fan/Han, a pung of the Round Wind is also worth Fu (in variants with Fu).
