Four Kongs (18 Arhats, All Kongs, Kong Hand) is an extraordinary pattern composed of four declared kongs and a pair.
Some rulesets do not require the player to complete the pair. They can go out as soon as they declare the fourth kong.
By Mahjong Variant
Chinese Classical
Four Kongs isn't recognized as a Fan. Instead the player would score Fu for each kong and for having All Pungs.
Taiwanese Mahjong
Four Kongs isn't worth Tai. Instead the player would score Tai for All Pungs and for each individual Exposed Kong and Concealed Kong.
Japanese Riichi
This pattern is extra difficult to get, since only four kongs can be called per Hand.
