Four Exposed Pungs (清四碰, Four Clear Calls) is a hand that contains four called pungs or kongs.

In this example the player has called three pungs. It's now waiting on a 5 of Characters or a West Wind.
If the winning tile is called from a discard the player will get Four Exposed Pungs & All Pungs.
However, if the winning tile is self-drawn, the player will only get All Pungs.
Here's another example…

In this example the player has already called four pungs. They're now waiting on a West Wind.
In this case, the player can self-draw or call the winning tile from a discard.
They'll also get points for All Pungs, Single Wait, and Golden Wait.
