It is found in all Guangdong Style rulesets. Chinese Official MCR uses a variation called All Fives

The blue tile is waiting for a 1 Dot or 4 Dot, but will not score All Linked on the 1 Dot.

In All Fives (全帶五) each pung/kong/chow and the pair contain a number 5. Does not combine with All Simples.
