Four Concealed Pungs (四暗刻) is a hand that contains four self-drawn pungs or kongs.
In Chinese Classical players only earned mini points (fu) for each individual pung or kong.
Starting with Shanghai New Style players earned fu for each pung and fan for having Four Concealed Pungs.

In this example the hand is concealed and waiting on a 5 Crak or West.
If the winning tile is self-drawn the player will get Four Concealed Pungs.
However, if the winning tile is called from a discard, the player will not get it.
